Important Guidelines
Unboxing Video Requirement
A clear unboxing video recorded while opening the package is mandatory for all exchange requests.
Requests submitted without an unboxing video will not be considered.

Once your exchange request is reviewed and approved:

Customers are required to self-courier the product back to us.

Pickup service is not available from our side for return shipments.

Return courier charges must be borne by the customer.

After receiving and verifying the product, we will dispatch the replacement item without additional shipping charges.
